What you're covered for

Item doesn't arrive

If your order never shows up and the seller can't provide proof of postage, you get a full refund.

Significantly not as described

If what you receive is clearly different from how it was listed — wrong models, wrong condition, missing pieces — you're covered.

Secure payments via Stripe

We never store your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers.

How to make a claim

1.

Message the seller first — most issues are resolved quickly between buyer and seller.

2.

If you can't agree, contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date.

3.

We'll review the case and, if you're eligible, issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

What isn't covered

  • Buyer's remorse (changing your mind after purchase)
  • Minor cosmetic differences that were visible in the listing photos
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Claims raised more than 7 days after the expected delivery date
